Key Business Employee definition

Key Business Employee means any Business Employee who is employed by the Company as a District Manager, Pharmacy District Manager, Human Resources District Manager, or Accounts Payable District Manager;
Key Business Employee means the Business Employees identified on Schedule 4.14 as being Key Business Employees.
Key Business Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).

  • To the Knowledge of Seller, no Key Business Employee has any plans or has notified Seller that such employee intends to terminate employment with Seller.

  • Seller has provided to Purchaser complete copies of all employee files including Business Employee files on disk and Key Business Employee files on disk or however maintained by Seller.

Key Business Employee referred to in this Agreement means any of employees of Party A holding director’s or higher position or knowing the core confidential information or key business of Party A.
