Investment Costs definition

Investment Costs means the actual costs incurred on a Subject Well of drilling, completing, equipping (including but not limited to flow lines, tanks, and related equipment) to the point of product sales, and plugging and abandoning (if a Subject Well was a dry hole) and the cost of recompleting to another zone, deepening, side-tracking, or plugging and abandoning a well and any other costs considered to be capital costs (and not expenses) under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, whether such costs were incurred before or after the date of this Agreement.
Investment Costs means the costs including but not limited to, construction costs, operating costs, development costs and other costs related to the Project up to the date of termination of the MOU.
Investment Costs means the costs up to the maximum amount of Seventy One million Six hundred thousand Dollars ($71,600,000) borne or to be borne by the Borrower and/or the Holding Guarantor and/or any other member of the Group in relation to one or more Investment Projects;

More Definitions of Investment Costs

Investment Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 17.1(h).
Investment Costs means the Eligible Costs incurred by the Company for the acquisition of the land, buildings, intangible assets, plant and machinery to be located on the Site for the purposes of the Project, the estimated amounts of which are calculated in Schedule 2 (Project Description).
Investment Costs means, with respect to the O&M Agreement or AMA, as applicable, the actual out-of-pocket cost of (a) procurement of information technology systems for customer care service delivery (to the extent such systems are used with respect to the provision of services under the O&M Agreement or AMA, as applicable); (b) equipment to self-perform operation and maintenance (to the extent such equipment is used with respect to the provision of services under the O&M Agreement or AMA, as applicable) and that cannot reasonably be used elsewhere; and (c) project-specific customization and setup into existing systems.
Investment Costs means the legal fees and expenses, the cost of construction, regulatory fees and equipment costs (to the extent that such equipment cannot be transferred for use with other Spectrum), paid by Operator, and which are directly allocable to keeping the Recaptured Spectrum in compliance with the Sprint Authorizations, and Leased Authorizations, as applicable, but only to the extent such amounts are not included as Transition Costs or Acquisition Costs. Investment Costs will not include any expenditures made by Operator which are independent of the identity of the Recaptured Spectrum, including, without limitation, marketing expenditures, administration personnel and expenses, maintenance personnel and expenditures incurred in routing maintenance SPRINT PROPRIETARY INFORMATION EXECUTION VERSION of equipment, legal costs and expenses incurred in connection with any rulemaking, and legal fees incurred in connection with this Agreement.
