Subject Well definition

Subject Well means each well (whether now existing or hereinafter drilled) on the Leases in respect of which Grantor owns any interest or is entitled to any of the Hydrocarbons production or the proceeds therefrom (including directly or indirectly by virtue of the effect of any farmout or farmin provisions or other provisions).
Subject Well means a Well or a Future Well, as the context requires.
Subject Well is defined in Section 12.12(b).

  • Further, Applicant requests that the interests of any owners with whom the Applicant has been unable to secure a lease or other agreement to participate in the drilling of the Subject Well be deemed nonconsenting owners and made subject to the cost recovery provisions of §34-60-116(7), C.R.S., effective as of the earlier of the date of the Application, or the date the costs specified in §34-60-116(7)(b), C.R.S., are first incurred for the drilling of the Subject Well.

  • Staff may prioritize the order in which the Subject Wells are addressed pursuant to this Agreement by indicating priority on the attached list and may adjust the prioritization at any time during this Agreement should a Subject Well or Wells become known to Staff to have a heightened pollution or public safety threat.


More Definitions of Subject Well

Subject Well has the meaning assigned to that term in the Conveyance.
Subject Well means a Developed Properties Subject Well or a Remaining Properties Subject Well.
