Inspection and Audit of Records. Any records or documents that Section 9.2 of this Agreement requires Consultant to maintain shall be made available for inspection, audit, and/or copying at any time during regular business hours, upon oral or written request of the City. Under California Government Code Section 8546.7, if the amount of public funds expended under this Agreement exceeds TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), the Agreement shall be subject to the examination and audit of the State Auditor, at the request of City or as part of any audit of the City, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under the Agreement.

Upon request by the Agency with reasonable notice to the Lessee, the Lessee shall make available at reasonable times to the Agency all such books, records, contracts, agreements, invoices, bills or purchase orders of the Lessee, and require all appropriate officers and employees of the Lessee to respond to reasonable inquiries by the Agency, as shall be necessary (i) to indicate in reasonable detail those costs for which the Lessee shall have utilized the Sales Tax Exemption and the dates and amounts so utilized, and (ii) to permit the Agency to determine amounts owed, if any, by the Lessee under this Section 5.

SELPA or LEA shall state the reason for request at time of the request. CONTRACTOR shall make available to SELPA all budgetary information and projections for purpose of contract negotiations for the period being audited to facilitate assessment of the extent to which funds were expended consistently with said budgetary information. Fiscal records shall be maintained by CONTRACTOR for five (5) years and shall be available for audit.

Under California Government Code Section 8546.7, if the amount of public funds expended under this Agreement exceeds Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), the Agreement shall be subject to the examination and audit of the State Auditor, at the request of BEAUMONT or as part of any audit of BEAUMONT, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under the Agreement.
Inspection and Audit of Records. Pursuant to A.R.S. Sections 35-214 and -215, to the extent that they apply, the Cooperator shall retain all books, accounts, reports, files and other records ("Records") relating to this agreement for a period of five years after completion of the contract. All records shall be subject to inspection and audit by the State Forester at all reasonable times. Upon request, the Cooperator shall produce the original of any and all such records at the offices of the State Forester.
