Initial Fleet definition

Initial Fleet shall, with respect to any applicable Financing Source, have the meaning specified in the Financing Documents of such Financing Source.
Initial Fleet means the fifteen (15) 767-200 aircraft listed on Exhibit A-1.

More Definitions of Initial Fleet

Initial Fleet means (a) on the date any Additional Lessee is added pursuant to Section 29 of the Group I Lease, the Eligible Vehicles titled in the name of such Additional Lessee prior to the date such party becomes an Additional Lessee which are refinanced by the Lessor under the Group I Lease pursuant to the initial Vehicle Order of such Additional Lessee, and (b) on any other Vehicle Funding Date, the Refinanced Vehicles included in a Fleet Purchase Transaction.
Initial Fleet means the initial seven hundred and fifty (750) vehicles in total to be operated for the System.
Initial Fleet. (i) means with respect to the Series 1996-1 Notes, Vehicles titled in the name of National and the Vehicles acquired by National from Old National under the Asset Purchase Agreement on June 9, 1995 and refinanced by NFLP under the related Financing Documents on the Series 1996-1 Closing Date, and (ii) with respect to the Series 1997 Variable Funding Notes and any other Series of Notes other than the Series 1996-1 Notes shall have the meaning specified in the Financing Documents related to such Financing Source.
Initial Fleet means the Group II Vehicles owned and titled in the name of TFFC or a Lessee on, and leased under the Group II Master Lease as of, the Series 2000-0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxe.

Related to Initial Fleet

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.

  • Consumable means any component of a good that is used up recurrently and needs to be replaced for the good to function as intended;

  • Marijuana items means marijuana, cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates and cannabinoid extracts.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Improvement warranty period means a period:

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.

  • Transportation equipment means 1 or more of the following:
