The aggregate principal amount of Variable Funding Notes which may be authenticated and delivered (or with respect to Uncertificated Notes, registered) under this Base Indenture shall be unlimited.
The Variable Funding Notes shall be issued in minimum denominations of $25,000 and in any whole dollar denomination in excess thereof.
The Indenture Trustee shall, upon receipt of an Issuer Order, authenticate and deliver (or register in the case of Uncertificated Notes) any Variable Funding Notes executed by the Co-Issuers for issuance pursuant to this Base Indenture.
