Variable Funding Notes definition

Variable Funding Notes means the variable funding note issued by the FCT on the Initial French Funding Date pursuant to the VFN Funding Agreement.

In the absence of any such direction, the proceeds of such sale shall be distributed to the Depositor or at the Depositor’s direction on the Issuance Date for the newly issued Notes.

• The Term Notes and the Variable Funding Notes (collectively, the "Notes") are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.

More Definitions of Variable Funding Notes

Variable Funding Notes. The GMACM Home Equity Loan-Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2000-HE4, Class I and Class II, including any Capped Funding Notes.

Variable Funding Notes or “VFNs”: Defined in Section 2.1.

Variable Funding Notes means Notes of a Series and Class designated at the time of issuance thereof as “Variable Funding Notes” and pursuant to which the Class Principal Balance thereof may increase and decrease from time to time on a revolving or delayed draw basis in the manner set forth in the note purchase agreement for such Variable Funding Notes.

Variable Funding Notes means the Navistar Financial Dealer Note Master Owner Trust II Floating Rate Dealer Note Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2012-VFN.
