I Shares. Where the Share CFD is based on a single Security, the Contract Unit will be one share (or other registered instrument) and we quote prices in the relevant currency per share.

I Shares means the shares to be issued by the Company for the purpose of raising moneys to enable the Company to pay for or contribute to the costs of altering and modifying the RDR to enable Water delivered from the Rakaia River into the RDR to be delivered into the Distribution System or to an Adjoining Scheme; Irrigation Season means the period beginning on 10 September in any given year and concluding on 9 May in the following year or such other period as the Company may from time to time reasonably determine;

I Shares means the A Euro I Shares, A US Dollar I Shares, B Euro I Shares, B US Dollar I Shares, or any of them

Examples of I Shares in a sentence

• The Adviser directly, or through the Distributor, may, subject to the approval of the Trustees, make payments to securities dealers and other third parties who engage in the sale of Class I Shares or who render shareholder support services, including but not limited to providing office space, equipment and telephone facilities, answering routine inquiries regarding the Fund, processing shareholder transactions and providing such other shareholder services as the Trust may reasonably request.

• During the existence of this Plan, the Trust shall require the Adviser and/or Distributor to provide the Trust, for review by the Trustees, and the Trustees shall review, at least quarterly, a written report of the amounts expended in connection with financing any activity primarily intended to result in the sale of Class I Shares (making estimates of such costs where necessary or desirable) and the purposes for which such expenditures were made.

• This Plan does not require the Adviser or Distributor to perform any specific type or level of distribution activities or to incur any specific level of expenses for activities primarily intended to result in the sale of Class I Shares.

• After-tax returns are shown only for Class I Shares; after-tax returns for other classes will vary.

• To the extent that any payments made by the Fund to the Adviser, including payment of management fees, should be deemed to be indirect financing of any activity primarily intended to result in the sale of Class I Shares within the meaning of Rule 12b-1, then such payments shall be deemed to be authorized by this Plan.

More Definitions of I Shares

I Shares means shares of a class as specified by the Company that give the right to access certain specified infrastructure within the Scheme and which require Infrastructure Charges to be paid to the Company by the holder for having access rights to that specified infrastructure; Infrastructure Charges means charges levied from time to time relating to specific infrastructure within the Scheme that services or conveys water to and for certain categories of properties within the Scheme; Irrigation Season means the period beginning on 1 September in any given year and concluding on 31 May in the following year or such other period as the Company may from time to time reasonably determine; l/s means litres per second of water; Maximum Supply Rate means the delivery of 0.41336 litres per second of water for every one share held in the Company based on an application rate equivalent to 25mm of water per week and with a seasonal cap of 5,625m3 for each Irrigation Season and with the right of the Board at its discretion to vary the application rate at the request of a Shareholder or such other rate as may be determined by the Board.

I Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Company’s Governing Instruments.

I Shares means the shares of the Company’s Class I common stock, par value $0.01 per share. Indemnitee has the meaning set forth in Section 22.

I Shares means the shares issued by the Company for the purpose of raising moneys to enable the Company to pay for or contribute to the Delivery Infrastructure and the costs of altering and modifying the RDR to enable Water delivered from the Rakaia River into the RDR to be delivered into the Distribution System or to an Adjoining Scheme; Irrigation Season means the period beginning on 10 September in any given year and concluding on 9 May in the following year or such other period as the Company may from time to time reasonably determine; Metering Equipment means the metering equipment to be installed by the Company at the Xxxxxx’x Connection Point for the purpose of measuring the total quantity of Water supplied to the Xxxxxx’x Connection Point; Network means the pipes, races and distribution network of an Adjoining Scheme; Property means and includes the property described in Schedule 1 including any contiguous area of land separated by a road or river, held in one or more ownerships, that is utilised as a single operating unit be it in one or a number of titles; RDR means the Rangitata Diversion Race; RDRML means Rangitata Diversion Race Management Limited; Resource Consents means all resource consents held by the Company from time to time as required to implement the Scheme and includes any conditions relating to those consents and/or the requirements of any regulatory framework and policies imposed by a regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Scheme pursuant to those consents; Scheme means the TrustPower Pumping System, the Delivery Infrastructure, and the Distribution System; Scheme Policy is contained in a number of policies and documents outlining either a policy or procedure prepared by the Company for the management and operation of the Scheme, including joining the Scheme, applying for Shares, accessing Water and farming a property, as posted from time to time on the Company’s website ; Shares means the I Shares, D Shares and EA Shares set out in Schedule 1; Statutory Requirements means all requirements to be met by the Company in relation to the Resource Consents or under any other regulations, by-laws, directions or plans introduced by any local authority, regional council, Government department or other statutory body;
