H Shares definition

H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

H Shares means the overseas listed foreign shares with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each in the share capital of the Company, which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong dollars;

H Shares means any securities issued by companies incorporated in Mainland China and listed on the SEHK.

• The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of the Joint Sponsors to act as the joint sponsors in connection with the listing of the H Shares on the SEHK in accordance with the terms of the Sponsors and Sponsor- OCs Engagement Letters.

• Approval in principle has been obtained from the listing committee of the SEHK for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the H Shares in issue and to be issued as described in the Hong Kong Prospectus and the Preliminary Offering Circular on the Main Board of the SEHK.
