Company Shares definition

Company Shares has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Company Shares means shares of common stock of the Company or any securities of a successor company which shall have replaced such common stock.
Company Shares means shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.

More Definitions of Company Shares

Company Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company.
Company Shares means shares of common stock of the Company or any equity securities into which those shares have been converted.
Company Shares means Class A common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share, and any and all securities of any kind whatsoever of the Company that may be issued by the Company after the date hereof in respect of, in exchange for, or in substitution of, Company Shares, pursuant to any stock dividends, splits, reverse splits, combinations, reclassifications, recapitalizations, reorganizations and the like occurring after the date hereof.
Company Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Company Shares means (i) all shares of Common Stock that are not then subject to vesting (including shares that were at one time subject to vesting to the extent they have vested), (ii) all shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of any option, warrant or convertible security that are not then subject to vesting (including shares that were at one time subject to vesting to the extent they have vested) (without double counting shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon an exchange of shares of Class B Common Stock together with New TMM Units) and (iii) all shares of Common Stock directly or indirectly issued or issuable with respect to the securities referred to in clauses (i) or (ii) above by way of unit or stock dividend or unit or stock split, or in connection with a combination of units or shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.
Company Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereof;
Company Shares means, collectively, the Company Preferred Shares and the Company Common Shares.
