Amalco Shares definition

Amalco Shares means common shares in the capital of Amalco;

Amalco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

Amalco Shares means common shares in the authorized share structure of Amalco, having the rights, privileges, conditions and restrictions described in the Articles of Amalgamation appended to the Amalgamation Agreement.

• Unless and for so long as Amalco is not a public company, no Amalco Shares may be transferred without the written consent of the directors of Amalco, which consent may be withheld at their sole discretion and without reason therefor.

More Definitions of Amalco Shares

Amalco Shares means common shares without par value and without special rights or restrictions attached in the capital of Amalco.
