Hire Form definition

Hire Form means the METRO-LIFT document with that title (which may be attached to these terms and conditions or which may be separate) which contains commercial terms relating to a Hire. “Hirer” means the person whose details are included in the Hire Form, who hires the Plant and Equipment from METRO-LIFT.

Examples of Hire Form in a sentence

  • All Equipment is available as listed at the time the Offer to Hire Form as sent to the Hirer.

  • If payment is not made by the Payment Date as set out in the Offer to Hire Form, the Owner is not obliged to Deliver the Equipment and may withhold Delivery of the Equipment to the Site until such payment is received.

  • If payment in advance or COD is required, it must be noted in the Offer to Hire Form.

  • The Owner will ensure that the Equipment specified in the Offer to Hire Form is available for the Hirer if the Offer to Hire Form is Accepted within 72 hours of the Offer to Hire Form being sent to the Hirer or in such shorter time as may be specified in the Offer to Hire Form.

  • Unless otherwise indicated, amounts stated in a Hire Form include GST.

  • The Customer must pay Fees using the payment method specified in the Hire Form.

Hire Form means the separate document attached to these terms and conditions which the Customer is required to sign and includes the particulars of the Caravan and any additional Caravan, Equipment Accessories (if included), the Hire Period and the Hire Charge and such other information the Business may require.

Related to Hire Form

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • ASBA Form means an application form, whether physical or electronic, used by ASBA Bidders to submit Bids, which will be considered as the application for Allotment in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus;

  • Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
