Hazard Communication Sample Clauses

Hazard Communication. Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon University's request, Contractor will immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR Chapter 437, for the products subject to this provision.

Hazard Communication a) All Contractor personnel shall be familiar with and comply with CCI’s site-specific Hazard Communication Program requirements and procedures.
Hazard Communication. Owner will provide to Architect the information required by WAC 000-000-000 regarding hazardous chemicals pre-existing at the Project site. The Owner’s Department of Environmental Health and Safety maintains a master file of Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) for chemicals identified as being used in the Owner’s operations, and that are available to the Architect for unoccupied areas. MSDS for occupied and functioning areas are available to the Architect from the Owner’s department responsible for the area. Architect will make the information in this paragraph known to all of Architect’s personnel and sub-consultants expected to be at the Project site, and will include this same information in all sub-consultant contracts of the Architect.
Hazard Communication. Seller shall provide its Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”) to Buyer. Buyer acknowledges the hazards and risks in handling and using crude oil. Buyer shall read the MSDS and advise its employees, its affiliates, and third parties, who may purchase or come into contact with such crude oil, about the hazards of crude oil, as well as the precautionary procedures for handling said crude oil, which are set forth in such MSDS and any supplementary MSDS or written warning(s) which Seller may provide to Buyer from time to time.
Hazard Communication. Contractor shall comply with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard. Before the Services begins, Contractor shall provide Tri-State with a copy of its Hazard Communication Program, a copy of all Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous chemicals Contractor brings on to the job site, information regarding any precautionary measures which need to be taken during normal operating conditions and foreseeable emergencies and information regarding the labeling system used on the job site.
Hazard Communication. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, coordinate with the County and document full compliance with the policies and procedures of the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Code, OAR Chapter 437, Division 2, Hazard Communication. Contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers within Contractor’s control shall notify County of all hazardous materials to which Contractor, County staff or the public may be exposed on site, all measures that will be taken to lessen the possibility of exposure and reduce risk of exposure, and all procedures to follow if exposed. Contractor shall provide the County with all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) prior to delivery or introduction of hazardous materials on site.
Hazard Communication. Contractor shall comply with all hazard communication requirements dictated by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Montana Department of Agriculture, OSHA, Hazard Communications Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and applicable City ordinances. Contractor shall supply a chemical list, the associated material safety data sheets (MSDS), and other pertinent health exposure data for chemicals that the Contractor’s, subcontractor’s or the City’s employees may be exposed to while working on City property during the course of the Construction Project. One copy of this documentation must be delivered to City to the attention of the City’s Representative. This documentation must be delivered before work involving these chemicals may commence.
