Communication Requirements means the following actions you must take in order for the guarantee (and the possibility of any credit) to be available in a Guarantee Year: (a) establish communication with us via your internet connection; and (b) maintain the internet connection so that our hardware can transmit information about the System’s electricity production for a period of at least two consecutive hours at least once each month in that Guarantee Year, and at least once within 30 days after the end of the Guarantee Year.
