Safety Data Sheets. If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

Safety Data Sheets. Where required by law or by City, Contractor will include Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) with delivery for applicable items. Failure to include the SDSs for such items will constitute a material breach of contract and may result in refusal to accept delivery.
Safety Data Sheets. If applicable, Seller shall furnish Buyer, prior to the first delivery, Seller’s current Safety Data Sheet and other literature pertaining to the hazards associated therewith and the precautions which should be observed with respect thereto. Seller shall promptly furnish Buyer copies of any revisions to same as issued by Seller.
Safety Data Sheets. 20.1 To comply with the City's Hazardous Communication Program, Consultant agrees to submit Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all "hazardous substances" Consultant intends to use in the performance of work under this Contract in any City facility. "Hazardous substances" are defined as those substances so designated by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Hazardous Substances Information and Training Act (Labor Code sec. 6360 et seq.). The SDS for all products must be submitted to the City before commencing work. The SDS for a particular product must be reviewed and approved by the City's Risk Manager before Consultant may use that product.
Safety Data Sheets. The Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”) and labels for Product delivered hereunder contain information regarding health risks and recommendations for the safe use and handling of Product, and can be obtained at xxx.xxxxxxxx00.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxx. Buyer acknowledges and represents that it has obtained and will read such Safety Data Sheets, the labels, or warnings and will seek clarification of any information contained in them to the extent necessary to enable Buyer, in its judgment, to understand the information contained in them. Nothing herein shall excuse Buyer from complying with all laws, regulations and decrees which may require Buyer to provide its employees, agents, contractors, users and customers who may come into contact with the Product with a copy of the SDS and any other safety information provided to it by Seller, and/or which require Buyer to ensure that the recommendations relating to the handling of the Product are followed. Compliance with any recommendation contained in the SDS or other safety information shall not excuse Buyer from complying with all laws, statutes, regulations or decrees of any state or territory having jurisdiction over Buyer.

Safety Data Sheets. (SDS). Contractor is to supply SDS in accordance with Federal requirements for The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Contractor entering the City workplace with hazardous materials will supply the City with SDS covering those particular products the contractor may expose City employees or the general public to while working at the site.
