Such G&A Costs shall not be included in the Operational and Administrative Services Fee under the Omnibus Agreement.
Manager will invoice Company on or before the last day of each month for G&A Costs, Out-of-Pocket Expenses or amounts payable under Article III incurred during the immediately prior month and, in addition, provide an estimate of the current month’s G&A Costs (not to exceed the then-current monthly cap) and Out-of-Pocket Expenses.
