Franchise Disclosure Document definition

Franchise Disclosure Document means that certain document provided by Franchisor to prospective franchisees of System Hotels as required by the trade regulation rule of the Federal Trade Commission entitled “Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising,” as such document may be updated from time to time by Franchisor.
Franchise Disclosure Document means the Franchise Disclosure Document that Franchisee acknowledges that it received before executing this Agreement or paying any consideration for the franchise to Company or Company’s Affiliates.
Franchise Disclosure Document or “FDD” means a franchise disclosure document prepared in accordance with the FTC Rule or other Franchise Law, and used by Buyer or any of Buyer’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries in connection with the offer or sale of Franchises for the Franchise System in the United States.

Franchise Disclosure Document means the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document to which this Agreement was attached and which was previously or contemporaneously provided to you.
