Company Material Contracts definition

Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
Company Material Contracts means all contracts, agreements or understandings (whether written or oral) that are currently in effect or pursuant to which the Company or a Company Subsidiary has obligations or its assets are otherwise bound:
Company Material Contracts. As used herein, “Contract” shall mean any agreement, contract, obligation, promise, understanding or undertaking (whether written or oral) that is legally binding.

  • The Company has made available to Parent correct and complete copies of all Company Material Contracts, including any amendments thereto.
