Franchise Agreements means, collectively, those certain agreements described in EXHIBIT C and any replacement franchise agreement which may hereafter be entered into in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof by any of the Borrowers, as franchisee, pursuant to which the Borrowers have the right to operate the Properties under names and hotel systems controlled by the Franchisor.
