Financial Administrator definition

Financial Administrator means an entity employing persons trained and experienced in money management and investments, and possessing no less than five years' experience as an organization in money management and investments with demonstrated competence.
Financial Administrator means the Chief Financial Officer of the City or any person appointed by the Council to serve in the capacity and will be referred to herein as the Financial Administrator, and his duly authorized representatives.
Financial Administrator means a person or institution qualified under Minn. Stat. Chapter 118A under contract with MCIT for investment of assets and other financial services.
