If, at the end of the year (or on closure of a service), a service has been overpaid, a revised ECCE Programme allocation notification will issue and any excess ECCE Programme funding must be returned to the Scheme Administrator.The DCEDIY and/or the Scheme Administrator (on behalf of DCEDIY), reserve the right to recoup overpayments made from one childcare funding programme allocations from monies due to another.
