Final Project Completion Date definition

Final Project Completion Date means the date which is twenty-four (24) months after the Commencement Date.
Final Project Completion Date means the date by which all Components of the Project are expected to be completed;
Final Project Completion Date shall be: Sixty (60) days after the Substantial Completion Date. The Final Project Completion Date occurs when the Project is 100% completed.

More Definitions of Final Project Completion Date

Final Project Completion Date has the meaning given to such term in Paragraph B.1 of Appendix I (Construction Covenants and Disbursement Procedures).

Related to Final Project Completion Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.
