Examples of Construction Covenants in a sentence

  • Upon written notice, either party may terminate this Agreement because of environmental problems encountered after receipt by the Agency from the Developer of the Certificate of Acceptance required by Section 2.10 of this Agreement, and prior to the issuance of a Release of Construction Covenants.

  • Promptly after completion of all construction and development required by this Agreement to be completed by the Developer upon the Site in conformity with this Agreement, the Agency shall furnish the Developer, upon written request, a Release of Construction Covenants substantially in the form of Attachment No. 6 hereto (the "Release of Construction Covenants").

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
