Expert Team definition

Expert Team means a team of experts designated for rapid eradication of a disease, identification of its sources and possible consequences of spread of the disease;
Expert Team means, in respect of each Project Province, the team of experts to be established and maintained by said Project Province in accordance with the provisions of Section II, Part A.1(b) of the Annex to Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Expert Team means a team of up to eight (8) people made up of up to four (4) people nominated by each of CONNETICS and BENDXX xxx notified to the other, which nominees may be changed from time to time by the nominating party on notice to the other party. The EXPERT TEAM shall be responsible for agreeing the design [sic] of protocols, monitoring the SERVICES and deciding operational and scientific issues arising out of the SERVICES.

  • Under the Record of Discussion between Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and GOB, JICA dispatched the Expert Team for Technical Cooperation Project (the JICA TCP Team) and, together with Local Government Division (LGD) and Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), launched “The Project for Developing Inclusive City Government for City Corporation” (the JICA TCP) in November 2012.

Related to Expert Team

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Negotiating Committee means a three-member group comprised by representatives of the following: (1) the State; and (2) two representatives of Local Governments of which one representative will be from a Municipality and one shall be from a County (collectively, “Members”) within the State. The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;
