Professional Conduct Committee definition

Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);
Professional Conduct Committee means the Professional Conduct Committee of the General Medical Council, referred to in section 1(3) of the Medical Act;
Professional Conduct Committee means the Regulatory Committee established under section 6.3.1.2 and is the “complaints committee” specified in the Act;
