Project Province means either of the Project Provinces;

• This Agreement and all obligations of the Bank and of each Project Province thereunder shall terminate on the date on which the Loan Agreement shall terminate in accordance with its terms, and the Bank shall promptly notify each Project Province thereof.

• The following is specified as an additional matter, within the meaning of Section 12.02(c) of the General Conditions, to be included in the opinion or opinions to be furnished to the Bank, namely, that the Implementation Agreement with each of the Project Provinces referred to in Section 6.01(a) of this Agreement has been duly authorized or ratified by the Borrower and said Project Province, and is legally binding upon the Borrower and said Project Province in accordance with its terms.

More Definitions of Project Province

Project Province means any of Attapeu Province, Champasak Province or Xekong Province; and “Project Provinces” means all of them within the territory of the Recipient where the Project is carried out, and/or the Project facilities are operated and maintained;

Project Province means collectively, the Provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Son La, Hoa ▇▇▇▇, Dien Bien, and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in the Recipient’s northern mountains region, and “Project Province” means any of such Provinces.

Project Province means any one (1) of such provinces.

Project Province means the provinces of Tehran, Markazi, Isfahan, Khorasan and Khuzestan in the territories of which part of the activities of the Project will be implemented, and “Project Province” means any one of such Project Provinces;
