Expansion Plans definition

Expansion Plans means the Shurgard Europe Expansion Plans as defined in Clause 4.1.1, and set forth in Exhibit 4.1.1(a) to this Agreement.

Expansion Plans means the preliminary space plan for the Tenant Improvements prepared by JAZD (the “Architect”), identified as Proposed Plan No. 1, dated September 24, 2012 and the Specifications dated January 12, 2013 (copies of which are attached hereto).

Expansion Plans means as defined in Section 17.4.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.
