Final Plans definition

Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

Final Plans means the Proposed Plans, as revised, which have been approved by Landlord and Tenant in writing. Landlord agrees not to unreasonably withhold its approval of the Proposed Plans.

Final Plans shall consist of all plans and specifications necessary to construct Tenant's Work, including mechanical and electrical working drawings.

Examples of Final Plans in a sentence

• A parking table describing the number of parking spaces, including both vehicular and bicycle parking, and the calculation of how the proposed parking meets the requirements of WDB Chapter 14 shall be included on the site plan submitted for Final Plans.

• The applicant shall file final plans for approval and signature by the DRB or Administrator as delegated within one year from the date of the notice of determination of the decision of the DRB, or this approval shall be considered null and void as required by WDB 6.9.1. Final plans must address all of these conditions of approval and must include all items required by the Final Plans Checklist.

• A copy of the Final Plans, supplied by the applicant, shall be retained in the subject case file.

• It is understood that the preparation of Preliminary and Final Plans, specifications and estimates, and all other work required of Consultant under contract shall meet the standard requirements as to general format and content, and shall be performed to the satisfaction and approval of DOTD.

• If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans.

More Definitions of Final Plans

Final Plans means the Construction Documents prepared in accordance with the Design Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit D which are approved by Landlord as complete in all respects and are ready for use in construction.

Final Plans means final Drawings and final specifications, as revised to reflect the changes during construction, and shall include as-built drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams, underground structure drawings (including buried piping, all utilities, and critical hidden items), electric one-lines, electric schematics and connection diagrams.

Final Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.5 below.

Final Plans means the final working drawings and specifications Landlord prepares for Landlord's Improvements after receiving Tenant's space plan for Landlord's Improvements.
