Existing Territory definition

Existing Territory means the countries in which Supplier currently supplies the Xxxx Catalog Products as at the Effective Date, as follows: the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom (including, for clarity, its constituent parts), Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, and Belgium.
Existing Territory means the United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden.
Existing Territory has the meaning set out in Clause 12(B);
