Sanctioned Territory definition
Sanctioned Territory means at any time, a country or territory which is, or whose government is, the subject of Sanctions broadly prohibiting dealings with such country, territory or government (at the time of this Agreement, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic).
Sanctioned Territory means any country or other territory subject to a general export, import, financial or investment embargo under Sanctions.
Sanctioned Territory means any country or other territory subject to a comprehensive export, import, financial or investment embargo under any Sanctions Laws, which currently comprise Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and those portions of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine over which any Sanctions Authority imposes comprehensive Sanctions.

Each Party agrees that the Licensed Products will not be manufactured in, used, sold, exported, reexported, transferred, or otherwise made available, directly, or indirectly, to or for the benefit of a Sanctioned Territory (defined below) or Restricted Person (defined below) other than in compliance with all applicable trade sanctions and export control laws and regulations.
For the past ten years (or since the date of the Company’s formation, if shorter), the Company has not knowingly engaged in, are not now knowingly engaged in, and will not engage in, any dealings or transactions with any person that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was the subject or the target of any Sanctions or with any Sanctioned Territory.

Sanctioned Territory means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions.

Sanctioned Territory means any country or other territory subject to a general export, import, financial or investment embargo or restriction under U.S. or other applicable law, which as of March 2022, includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine. Customer shall not submit to the Solution any information that is controlled under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Customer represents and warrants that it will not use the Solutions for any purposes prohibited by U.S. law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of missiles or nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons. Customer shall immediately notify AvePoint if it has any information or suspicion that there may be a violation of this Section. Customer also represents and warrants that it is aware of, understands, and agrees to comply with, and to avoid any activity that may cause it or AvePoint to violate, applicable anti-bribery and anti- corruption laws including, but not limited to, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq.) as amended and the UK Bribery Act 2010 (as applicable) (collectively, “Anti-Corruption Laws”). If Customer takes any action that could constitute a violation of this Section or any Anti- Corruption Laws, AvePoint may immediately terminate this Agreement.
Sanctioned Territory means Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or any other country which, after the date of this Contract, becomes the target of comprehensive, country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions; "Sanctions" means any trade or economic sanctions, laws enacted, administered, imposed or enforced by any Sanctions Authority; "Sanctions Authority" means:

Sanctioned Territory means any country or territory with which dealings are broadly and comprehensively prohibited by any country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions (as of the date hereof, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria).
