Except as set forth below, Contractor shall retain all rights, title and interest in Existing Products.
Existing Products includes any discovery, invention, report, document, data, photograph, deliverable, or other material in connection with or provided pursuant to this Contract that existed prior to or was developed or discovered independently from the activities directly related to this Contract.
