Evicted definition

Evicted or “Eviction” means (a) the lawful deprivation, in whole or in part, of the right of possession or use insured by this policy, contrary to the terms of any Lease or Easement or (b) the lawful prevention of the use of the Land or any Electricity Facility or Severable Improvement for the purposes permitted by the Lease or the Easement, as applicable, in either case as a result of a matter covered by this policy.
Evicted or “Eviction”: (a) the lawful deprivation, in whole or in part, of the right of possession insured by this policy, contrary to the terms of the Lease or (b) the lawful prevention of the use of the Land or the Tenant Leasehold Improvements for the purposes permitted by the Lease, in either case as a result of a matter covered by this policy.
Evicted means: A household has been removed from a rental unit by the sheriff through enforcement of a Writ of Execution of a Judgment of Restitution that was obtained after a trail or after the household has failed to comply with an order by stipulation but not by default of the household.

Examples of Evicted in a sentence

  • Evicted residents may access the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Health Centre, off of Parking Lot 5.

  • Evicted residents will have a residence hold placed on their account.

  • Any Guest or Vendor that is Evicted or Excluded for NOT obeying event rules, Local, State, Federal or Tribal Law, including damaging Tribal Property and/or entering into “OFF Limit” areas cannot be readmitted for duration of this event or function.

  • Evicted from council, housing association or private rented accommodation: • Children Services will only be involved in this stage if the reason for eviction is due to a high amount of rent arrears as it is likely that the housing assessment will uphold the eviction.

  • Evicted individuals will be given twenty-four (24) hours to vacate the premises.

  • Evicted from a previous space and transferred to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ del ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, stimulated and forced by the economic crisis, they started to completely review and rethink their costs and they started a dialogue with the municipal administration to be able to have ownership over the space for several years.

More Definitions of Evicted

Evicted means physically removed from a dwelling unit by order of a court. However, if CHA relocates a tenant who receives or has received a notice to quit alleging serious or repeated violations of material terms of his/her CHA lease, the CHA is not waiving its rights to proceed with the eviction based on that notice to quit. Relocation benefits and assistance (including temporary and permanent housing; moving, storage and related expenses; replacement housing expenses; the right to return to his/her original unit at Newtowne Court after that phase is completed provided the resident remains on-site during construction or moves in with family or friends while construction is occurring in his/her unit; and the right to return to Newtowne Court (but not necessarily to the original unit) after the construction is completed) will be provided in accordance with this Agreement and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and the requirements specified in PIH Notice 2012-32, Rev 1, RAD Final Implementation Notice and PIH Notice 2014 -17 Relocation Requirements under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, Public Housing in the First Component. All references to Newtowne Court tenants/residents and households in this Agreement mean those Newtowne Court tenants eligible as identified above.
