Housing Expenses. The Company understands that the Executive intends to maintain his primary residence outside the Massachusetts area for up to twelve (12) months and then intends to relocate to the Massachusetts area. Until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, the Company agrees to provide the Executive with a housing allowance of $3,750 per month, which payments shall be increased on a fully tax grossed-up basis. The Company also will reimburse the Executive for reasonable travel, meals and lodging expenses incurred by him for up to two trips for the purpose of securing such house or apartment within a suitable distance to the Company’s headquarters. Executive shall be entitled to relocation benefits afforded by the Company to other Company executives if and when Executive decides to permanently relocate his primary residence to the Massachusetts area.

Housing Expenses. The Company understands that the Executive intends to maintain his primary residence outside the Massachusetts area. The Company agrees to provide the Executive with a housing allowance for reasonable housing and living expenses of $5,600 per month, related to the rental or purchase of a home, within suitable distance to the Company’s headquarters, which payment shall be made on a fully tax grossed-up basis. The Company also will reimburse the Executive for (i) reasonable travel, meals and lodging expenses incurred by him for up to two trips for the purpose of securing such house or apartment within a suitable distance to the Company’s headquarters and (ii) reasonable moving expenses in relocating his belongings from his residence in Florida to such house or apartment.
Housing Expenses. The Company will rent or lease on your behalf accommodation of your choice within commuting distance of London and will contribute up to a maximum value of £6,890 per calendar month towards your housing costs (covering rent, management fees, government rates and utilities). The Company will recover from you on a monthly basis any amount that it spends on your behalf over and above this figure. The Company will also cover any realtor brokerage costs and deposit requirements related to your housing. During the period before you locate permanent housing, the Company will provide appropriate transitional accommodation in either a hotel or serviced apartment for a period estimated to be one month. Other than as set forth herein, the costs associated with providing you housing will not be deducted from your compensation.
Housing Expenses. Beginning January 1, 2022, the aggregate reimbursement amount required by Section 3.4.4 of the Employment Agreement (Housing Expenses) shall be increased to $3,438.00 USD per month.

If the Executive's Date of Termination is not within the one year period following a Change in Control, any housing and living expense allowance payments made pursuant to this subparagraph 4(e) shall be made in monthly or more frequent installments in accordance with the Company's customary payroll practices.
Housing Expenses. Pursuant to Employee's move from Employee's old residence to Employee's new residence, Company is willing to advance to Employee the dollar amount equal to 100 percent of the closing costs (including real estate broker commission not to exceed 6%) involved in the sale of one of Employee's residences and the dollar amount equal to 100 percent of the closing costs and points involved in the purchase of Employee's local residence ("Residence Purchase and Sale Expenses"). Employee must submit a copy of the closing statement without exception for all such stipulated costs incurred regardless of party making payment. Such documentation must be submitted to Company Payroll Department within sixty (60) days from the day in which cost was incurred. At Company's expense and not subject to Employee's repayment, Company shall arrange and provide Employee with temporary housing for up to ninety days until Employee is able to find local housing and pay the initial deposit and first month's rent of Bay Area rental residence up to $10,000. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISIONS HEREIN TO THE CONTRARY, IF EMPLOYEE IS CONTINUOUSLY EMPLOYED WITH COMPANY THROUGH THE INITIAL TERM, EMPLOYEE SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO REPAY THE RESIDENCE PURCHASE AND SALE EXPENSES TO COMPANY, EVEN IF SUCH EXPENSES ARE INCURRED BEYOND THE INITIAL TERM.
Housing Expenses. The Company will provide Employee with a housing loan of $100,000 in the form of a promissory note (the "Note") secured by all shares of Common Stock held by Employee and forgivable over a four year period at a rate of 1/4 of the loan each year based upon continued employment. The Note shall be due and payable (to the extent not forgiven) upon termination of employment with Cause, upon Voluntary Termination pursuant to Section 5(a)(iii) below, or upon the sale of such Common Stock held by Employee. The Note and any augmented amounts to the Note, as set forth below, shall be forgiven upon the Involuntary Termination of Employee pursuant to Section 5(b)(ii) below. In addition, Employee will be entitled to receive up to $48,000 in reimbursement for Employee's out of pocket expenses associated with interim housing costs. Any unused portion of such $48,000 amount may be augmented to the Note on the same terms as pertain to the Note.
