Enhancement Marketing Services definition

Enhancement Marketing Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Enhancement Marketing Services means membership programs and insurance services offered by Bank to Cardholders as permitted under Schedule 4.10, Paragraph 2.

Examples of Enhancement Marketing Services in a sentence

  • The principal portion of the accounts receivable contain Purchases, Third-Party Program Charges and Enhancement Marketing Services charges, and other charges not related to interest and fees.

  • The fees for Protection Programs and/or Enhancement Marketing Services will be charged to the applicable Cardholder’s Account.

  • The following provisions shall apply in the event Stage wants Accounts to be accepted as a form of tender to purchase any particular Stage Enhancement Marketing Services.

  • The Operating Committee shall be primarily responsible for providing oversight and guidance with respect to the Plan, including without limitation approval of new Credit Card products, Enhancement Marketing Services, review of accounting documentation related to Transaction Records, dispute resolution, and creation of Plan documents.

  • The Plan, the Credit Card Agreements and the Enhancement Marketing Services and any action or inaction taken by Bank (where Bank has a duty to act) in connection with same shall be in compliance with all Applicable Law ANY TEXT REMOVED PURSUANT TO THE COMPANY'S CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST HAS BEEN SEPARATELY SUBMITTED WITH THE U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION AND IS MARKED [***] HEREIN.

  • Second, solicitations and offerings for the Stage Enhancement Marketing Services shall not contain Bank’s endorsement.

  • With respect to [***] derived from an Enhancement Marketing Service, each Program month through the Termination Date (and on a pro rata basis for any non-full Program month period), [***] from the Enhancement Marketing Services.

  • Bank shall provide for Stage review and comment scripts of all telephone contacts (including IVR scripts) of Bank with Cardholders with respect to the marketing of Protection Programs and Bank Enhancement Marketing Services.

Related to Enhancement Marketing Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Processing Services means those services, which are necessary to issue a Card and process a transaction in accordance with Government Requirements and the Rules of any System and Regulatory Authority. Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
