Dispute Panel definition

Dispute Panel has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(b)(iii).
Dispute Panel means the panel designated by the Authority under ARTICLE 5.
Dispute Panel means a panel that shall resolve disputes arising under this policy in accordance with Section VI hereof. The dispute panel, chaired by the vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college, shall be composed of two members designated by the creator(s) and two members designated by the vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college. In the event that the dispute is between two members of the Agnes Scott community, one panel member will be designated by each disputant and two members will be designated by the vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college. The dispute panel members must be current faculty or employees of the college.

More Definitions of Dispute Panel

Dispute Panel means a panel of persons appointed from the members of the Committee in accordance with Article 7.1 to perform, in relation to a particular dispute, the functions assigned to the Dispute Panel under these Terms of Reference.

The Dispute Panel members must be current employees of the College.
Dispute Panel means a panel comprising the Principal’s Representative and the Contractor’s Representative.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Independent Firm means a recognized law or accounting firm, provided however, that such term shall not include any accounting firm that performs or has preformed audit services with respect to ALLETE or ADESA.

  • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Xxxx Dispute Notice means the notice issued by a Party raising a Dispute regarding a Monthly Xxxx or a Supplementary Xxxx issued by the other Party;

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Disagreement means a difference of opinion between personnel of a reporting issuer responsible for finalizing the reporting issuer’s financial statements and the personnel of a predecessor auditor responsible for authorizing the issuance of audit reports on the reporting issuer’s financial statements or authorizing the communication of the results of the auditor’s review of the reporting issuer’s interim financial report, if the difference of opinion

  • Independent Financial Expert means a nationally recognized accounting, investment banking or consultant firm, which firm does not have a material financial interest or other material economic relationship with either the Company or any of its Affiliates or the Holder or any of its Affiliates that is, in the good faith judgment of the Board, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to MultiChoice by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts

  • Dispute Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

  • Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(c).

  • Neutral Accountant means a national independent accounting firm selected by Buyer and reasonably acceptable to Sellers.

  • Arbitrators has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.3.
