Examples of Dispute Notice in a sentence
Within thirty (30) days following receipt of the Dispute Notice, the Intermunicipal Committee shall meet and attempt to resolve the dispute through discussion and negotiation, unless a time extension is mutually agreed to by the CAOs. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of the Dispute Notice being issued, the negotiation shall be deemed to have failed.
If a genuine dispute ( Dispute) arises out of or in relation to these Terms, neither party can commence any court or arbitration proceedings relating to the Dispute unless that party has provided written notice (Dispute Notice) and endeavoured to meet with the other party within 10 days after delivery of Dispute Notice (Dispute Resolution Meeting).
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties within 7 days of service of the Dispute Notice, the mediator shall be nominated by the Singapore Mediation Centre.
On service of the Dispute Notice, each of the parties agree to enter into mediation in good faith to settle the Dispute.
