Dispute Notice definition

Dispute Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;

Examples of Dispute Notice in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days following receipt of the Dispute Notice, the Intermunicipal Committee shall meet and attempt to resolve the dispute through discussion and negotiation, unless a time extension is mutually agreed to by the CAOs. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of the Dispute Notice being issued, the negotiation shall be deemed to have failed.

  • If a genuine dispute ( Dispute) arises out of or in relation to these Terms, neither party can commence any court or arbitration proceedings relating to the Dispute unless that party has provided written notice (Dispute Notice) and endeavoured to meet with the other party within 10 days after delivery of Dispute Notice (Dispute Resolution Meeting).
