Arbitrators definition

Arbitrators has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.3.
Arbitrators means the arbitrators selected to conduct any arbitration proceeding in connection with any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
Arbitrators shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).

Examples of Arbitrators in a sentence

  • Failing agreement to concur in the appointment of an Arbitrator, the Arbitrator shall be appointed by the chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya branch, on the request of the applying party.

  • If any of the Arbitrators so appointed dies, resigns, becomes incapacitated or withdraws for any reason from the proceedings, it shall be lawful for the concerned party/arbitrators to appoint another person in his place in the same manner as aforesaid.
