  • Before initiating any legal claim or action (except with respect to equitable relief), the Parties agree to attempt in good faith to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement (collectively, a “Dispute”) through discussions which will be initiated upon written notice of a Dispute by either Party to the other Party.
