Panel Members. The responsibilities of the PAR Panel shall include the following:
Panel Members. The Panel will consist of two Forum representatives, two District representatives, and one member mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Panel Members. In this case, the employee must ask for this information before it can be provided to them. STEP 2 Panel members record initial rating of employee prior to discussion. Where appropriate the Chairperson may also participate in scoring and the Chairperson’s score will be revealed after other panel members.
Panel Members. In cases where a consensus cannot be reached on the Coach's final evaluation rating, (i.e., the Panel is split 414 on whether a teacher still "Needs Improvement" or now "Meets Expectations"), the District shall return the teacher to their regular worksite and they shall be evaluated for one (1) additional year by the site Principal. If, at the end of that additional evaluative year, the teacher has still not achieved a "Meets Expectations" rating, and the Principal does not consider that further assistance and remediation will be successful (with reasons in support of this conclusion), the District may then initiate dismissal proceedings, or may send the member back to the Principal for evaluation the next year.
Panel Members. The arbitration shall be conducted by a panel of three neutral and impartial arbitrators selected in accordance with the process and with the qualifications set forth in this paragraph.
Panel Members a) The Quality Assurance Manager, or their designate, will be a permanent Company Panel member. In addition, the Company will choose a second member, such member will generally be a senior manager without direct knowledge of the dispute;
b) The Insured is entitled to have 2 representatives of their choosing as members of the Review Panel;
c) The Chairperson for each Panel will be an agreed upon professional from the association of the applicable field. They shall act as an independent, third party.
d) New Panel members, except those designated permanent, will be appointed for each Panel hearing;
e) If an issue before a Panel member relates to a matter which, in the case of an Insured, raises a conflict of interest or in the case of the Company relates to a decision made by the Panel member, then that Panel member will appoint a designate to hear the matter in their place.
