Arbitration Panel definition

Arbitration Panel means a panel established under Article 14.5 (Establishment of the Arbitration Panel);
Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
Arbitration Panel has the meaning ascribed to it in Exhibit K.

  • Selection shall be by mutual agreement or by alternatively striking names from the Arbitration Panel until one name remains.

  • Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the arbitration panel proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with this Chapter and the Rules of Procedure of the Arbitration Panel set out in Annex IX.

  • This right must be exercised within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Arbitration Panel.
