Arbitration Panel definition
Arbitration Panel means a panel established under Article 14.5 (Establishment of the Arbitration Panel);
Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
Arbitration Panel has the meaning ascribed to it in Exhibit K.

Selection shall be by mutual agreement or by alternatively striking names from the Arbitration Panel until one name remains.
