Designated Third Party Contractor definition

Designated Third Party Contractor means a MCO with which the SDOH has contracted to provide Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services for FHPlus Enrollees of a MCO that does not include such services in its Benefit Package or, for the purpose of this Agreement, the New York State Medicaid fee-for-service program and its participating providers and subcontractors.
Designated Third Party Contractor means the provider who contracts with the SDOH to provide Family Planning Services for enrollees in FHPlus plans whose benefit package excludes such services.
Designated Third Party Contractor means a MCO with which the SDOH has contracted to provide Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services for FHPlus Enrollees of a MCO that does not include such services in its Benefit Package.
