Design Criteria Manual definition

Design Criteria Manual means Landlord’s manual, as amended and supplemented from time to time, setting out standards and procedures applicable to any work or material for the Premises including preparation and approval of plans and the conduct and completion of Tenant’s work whether at the beginning or at any time during the Term. Such manual shall provide for architectural, mechanical and Utilities standards, specifications and criteria established by Landlord, from time to time, for rentable premises in the Building, including but not limited to standards, specifications and criteria for all interior improvements. Such manual shall also set out any specifications recommended by Landlord for furniture, Trade Fixtures, equipment and certain other materials used by Tenant in the Building.
Design Criteria Manual means a publication issued by the City of Homer entitled “Design Criteria Manual for Streets and Storm Drainage,” dated April, 1985.
Design Criteria Manual means the manual forming part of this bylaw and attached hereto as Schedule "B", which manual provides criteria for Design Engineers and the development community in the design of engineering facilities, systems, and works and services in the City of Kamloops.

  • Design Criteria means design and construction code requirements relating to the mode of design and construction of a boiler or pressure vessel.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project.   • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.
