Prior to each Determination Date, the Servicer shall also determine as to each Mortgage Loan: (i) the total amount of Realized Losses, if any, incurred in connection with any Deficient Valuations made during the related Prepayment Period; and (ii) the total amount of Realized Losses, if any, incurred in connection with Debt Service Reductions in respect of Monthly Payments due during the related Due Period.
Prior to each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall determine the total amount of Realized Losses, if any, that resulted from any Cash Liquidation, Debt Service Reduction, Deficient Valuation or REO Disposition that occurred during the related Prepayment Period.

With respect to the calculation of a Realized Loss on a Mortgage Loan subject to a Deficient Valuation, the amount of the Realized Loss is the difference between the Unpaid Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan immediately prior to the Deficient Valuation and the Unpaid Principal Balance as reduced by the Deficient Valuation.
