Text Form means a readable declaration, in which the person making the declaration is named. The Text Form must be made on durable medium. A durable medium is any medium that enables the recipient to retain or store a declaration included on the medium that is addressed to him personally such that it is accessible to him for a period of time adequate to its purpose, and that allows the unchanged reproduction of such declaration; e.g. declarations via email and fax

  • The Market Area Manager shall notify the Balancing Group Manager of the amended contract terms and conditions in Text Form no later than 2 months before the effective date of the relevant amendments and shall publish the amended contract terms and conditions on its website.

  • Where and to the extent that the amount payable in advance is significantly higher than the actual amounts receivable by the Market Area Manager in respect of the Balancing Group invoices (fees and charges within the meaning of section 31(1), sentence 2) issued to the Balancing Group Manager, the Market Area Manager shall reduce the amount payable in advance with effect from the next calendar month by giving notice in writing (Text Form) to this effect to the Balancing Group Manager.

More Definitions of Text Form

Text Form refers to exchange of declarations by non-verbal recordable means, e.g. e-mail. Text Form can be substituted by the Written Form. Verbal or implied declarations are not sufficient to be considered Text Form. “Touchpoint” shall refer to the digital interface through which Advertising Campaigns are communicated. “View” shall refer to the perception of the Advertising Campaign on the Touchpoint by an End User.
Text Form means the form specified for making declarations defined in Section 126b of the German Civil Code, e.g. by email.
Text Form means any readable declaration of a Party from which the Party's declarant is identifiable and which can be permanently reproduced (e. g. email).

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
