Text Form means a readable declaration, in which the person making the declaration is named. The Text Form must be made on durable medium.   • The Market Area Manager shall notify the Balancing Group Manager of the amended contract terms and conditions in Text Form no later than 2 months before the effective date of the relevant amendments and shall publish the amended contract terms and conditions on its website.

Text Form refers to exchange of declarations by non-verbal recordable means, e.g. e-mail. Text Form can be substituted by the Written Form. Verbal or implied declarations are not sufficient to be considered Text Form. “Touchpoint” shall refer to the digital interface through which Advertising Campaigns are communicated. “View” shall refer to the perception of the Advertising Campaign on the Touchpoint by an End User.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
