Customer Controller Personal Data definition

Customer Controller Personal Data means only that proportion of the Personal Data for which Customer decides the purposes and means of processing and which is processed by 8x8 to provide the Ordered SaaS Services or other Services ordered under the Agreement (the “Ordered Services”) in accordance with Customer’s instructions.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
