Each party shall at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation in connection with the exercise and performance of its respective rights and obligations under this Grant Agreement and the Processing of the Relevant Personal Data.
You acknowledge that we may, from time to time, be required under regulations and/or legislation to co-operate with and/or disclose provide Relevant Personal Data, communications content and/or traffic data to an appropriate judicial, law enforcement or government authority lawfully requesting such information.
It is solely your choice whether or not you provide this Relevant Personal Data.
