Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller. It expressly does not include Personal Data of which we are not the Controller.

Relevant Personal Data means personal data that is processed by or on behalf of HM Treasury, an Eligible ISA Manager, or an Eligible Conveyancer, under, or for the purposes of, the Scheme Rules and/or the Help to Buy: ISA Scheme.

More Definitions of Relevant Personal Data

Relevant Personal Data means personal data contained in a judicial decision or in other documents relating to the investigation or proceedings which are created by or on behalf of a court or other judicial authority.
