Ordered Services definition

Ordered Services means Services which are the subject of an Order by a Contracting Body;
Ordered Services means any Services available under this Framework Agreement the Department has instructed the Provider to carry out under the terms of a Call-Off Contract by means of a valid Order placed in accordance with the Ordering Procedures; Participant Means a person who has been offered a place on an ITT Programme by and ITT Provider, conditional on their completion of a SKE Course; ITT Programme means an Initial Teacher Training programme ITT Provider means a Department for Education accredited Initial Teacher Training Provider; Protective Measures means appropriate technical and organisational measures which may include, pseudonymising and encrypting Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to personal Data can be restored in a timely manner after an incident, and regularly assessing an evaluating the effectiveness of the such measures adopted by it;
Ordered Services means the services which the Client has instructed the Supplier to carry out in any Purchase Order, subject to Schedule 2. Personal Data shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights shall mean any Intellectual Property rights vested in or licensed to the Supplier or Client prior to or independently of the performance by the Supplier or Client of their obligations under this Contract.

  • The Contractor shall supply, either on the invoice itself or on an accompanying schedule, a schedule showing: • the dates of delivery or installation of the relevant Ordered Goods (in respect of Ordered Goods invoices) and/or • Ordered Services conducted during the billing period and the serial numbers of the Ordered Goods serviced (in respect of Ordered Services invoices).

  • SKE Course volumes will be calculated across all Ordered Services by subject.

  • Such Services shall be provided by the Provider as Ordered Services in accordance with the provisions of a Call-Off Contract.

Ordered Services means a Catalogue Entry for Services selected by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order.

A sample schedule of PM Services for the Equipment is available upon request by Customer, which such PM Services schedule is subject to update from time to time in the sole discretion of Mesa. “Quote” means the applicable Quote for Services to which these Terms and Conditions relate. “Quote Date” means the quote date reflected on the Quote. “Services” means collectively, the Commissioning Services, the PM Services, the Callout Services, the Logistics Services, the Training Services and any other services that may be offered by Mesa pursuant to a Quote. “Service Technician” means any trained and qualified employee, contractor, agent or other representative of Mesa that performs the Services hereunder. “Shop Services” means any Services performed by Mesa at a Service Center. ‘Training Services” means those services provided by Mesa to train employees and other technicians of Customer to use, operate, repair, and/or maintain certain components of the Equipment.
Ordered Services means the specific Service and any associated Equipment specified by the Catalogue Entry selected by a Customer and included in Schedule 2-2 of a Contract following the placing of an Order. PAD means Packet Assembler/Disassembler, providing terminal connectivity to an X.25 (packet-switching) network or host computer.
