Customer Apparatus definition

Customer Apparatus means apparatus owned by you not forming part of the CPE but which may be connected directly or indirectly including but not limited to any microfilter/modem or router you may purchase for self-installation but not including CPE;
Customer Apparatus means apparatus belonging to the Customer not forming part of the Equipment but which may be connected to the Equipment;
Customer Apparatus means apparatus owned by you not forming part of the Equipment but which may be connected to the Equipment directly or indirectly including but not limited to any microfilter and/or router and/or modem you may purchase for a self-installation version of the Service but not including CPE;

Examples of Customer Apparatus in a sentence

  • The Customer shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of any Customer Apparatus used in order to obtain or use the Service.

  • The Customer is responsible for the repair and maintenance of its Customer Apparatus.

  • Nothing in this Agreement removes the need for the Customer to obtain any necessary wayleave, permission or consent from any person or body which may be required for the installation or construction of a Facility and the installation and maintenance of the Customer Apparatus.

  • In the Build Period the Customer must complete its installation of Customer Apparatus in the Physical Infrastructure which was the subject of the Order.

  • If the Customer fails to do so, BT may take immediate action to remove such Customer Apparatus without any liability to the Customer.


More Definitions of Customer Apparatus

Customer Apparatus means any apparatus, and any software embodied in such apparatus (including the Purchased Equipment, cabling, wiring, personal computers, network interface cards and network interface adapters) not forming part of (but which may be connected to) the Leased Equipment and used by the Customer in conjunction with any Leased Equipment in order to obtain or use the Services.
Customer Apparatus means apparatus not owned by the Company which may be connected to the Company Equipment directly or indirectly,including without limitation any router and/or switch or telephone, which may be used by the Customer in conjunction with the Company Equipment in order to obtain the Service;
Customer Apparatus means any apparatus, and any software embodied therein, on the Customer’s side of SSE Enterprise Telecoms network termination point at any relevant Sites which does not form part of the Equipment (but which may be connected to the Equipment) and is used by the Customer in conjunction with the Equipment in order to obtain the circuits; “Customer Requirement Form” (CRF) means the customer requirement form containing the Circuit(s) details;
Customer Apparatus means any apparatus, and any software embodied therein, on the Customer’s side of SSE Enterprise Telecoms network termination point at any relevant Sites which does not form part of the Equipment (but which may be connected to the Equipment) and is used by the Customer in conjunction with the Equipment in order to obtain or use the Ethernet Services;
Customer Apparatus means any apparatus, and any software embodied therein, on the Customer’s side of TouchTec Technology Limited network termination point at any relevant Sites which does not form part of the Equipment (but which may be connected to the Equipment) and is used by the Customer in conjunction with the Equipment in order to obtain or use the Ethernet Services; “Customer Requirement Form” (CRF) means the customer requirement form containing the details of the Ethernet Services and Connections to be supplied to the Customer;
