Curtailed Product definition

Curtailed Product means energy that could have been delivered to the Delivery Point by Seller but which did not receive a Schedule in the CAISO Day-Ahead Market plus Real-Time Over-Schedule Generation Curtailment Quantity, and which Seller did not deliver to SCE. The amount of energy that could have been delivered will be determined in accordance with Section 3.23 and Exhibit L, “Sellers Estimate of Lost Output”.
Curtailed Product means the amount of energy that could have been delivered to the Delivery Point by Seller but which was not delivered (a) due to Seller’s curtailment in accordance with Section 6.01(f)(iii) of Attachment 1, or (b) if the CAISO Tariff prohibits, without any action by the CAISO or any T&D Provider, any electric generating facilities from delivery of energy in excess of its Schedule, any such energy that the Project was precluded from delivering. The amount of energy that could have been delivered but which was not delivered will be determined in accordance with the definition of Curtailment Lost Output.
Curtailed Product or “CP” means energy that could have been delivered to the Delivery Point by Seller but which was not delivered (i) due to Seller’s curtailment in accordance with Section 3.12(g)(iii), or (ii) if the CAISO Tariff prohibits, without any action by the CAISO or any Transmission Provider, any electric generating facilities from delivery of energy in excess of its Schedule, any such energy that the Generating Facility was precluded from delivering. The amount of energy that could have been delivered will be determined in accordance with Section 3.21 and Exhibit K.

Examples of Curtailed Product in a sentence

  • Buyer shall pay Seller the Contract Price for the Product Seller would have been able to deliver but for the fact that Buyer issued a Curtailment Order (“Paid Curtailed Product”); provided, Buyer shall have no obligation to pay Seller the Contract Price for any Product that, if delivered would have been Surplus Delivered Energy, and any such Product shall not be Paid Curtailed Product.

  • In any Contract Year, if the amount of Delivered Energy and Paid Curtailed Product exceeds one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the annual Contract Quantity the Contract Price for such Delivered Energy in excess of such one hundred twenty percent (120%) shall be adjusted to be seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable Contract Price.

  • The Fuel Use Default Payment is calculated by the number of MWhs of Delivered Energy and Paid Curtailed Product provided by the Seller to Buyer from January 1 of the applicable Calendar Year(s) to the Early Termination Date multiplied by the difference between (a) $199.72/MWh adjusted for TOD Factors and (b) the Contract Price adjusted for TOD Factors.

  • In any Contract Year, if the amount of Delivered Energy and Paid Curtailed Product exceeds one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the annual Contract Quantity amount, the Contract Price for such Delivered Energy in excess of such one hundred twenty percent (120%) shall be adjusted to be seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable Contract Price.

  • The monthly payment will equal the sum of (a) the sum of the monthly TOD Period payments for all TOD Periods in the month and (b) the Curtailed Product Payment for the month.

Curtailed Product means, for In Front of the Meter Distributed Generation Projects only, the amount of energy that could have been delivered to the Delivery Point by Seller but which was not delivered (a) due to Seller’s curtailment in accordance with Section 6.01(f)(iii) of Attachment 1, or (b) if the CAISO Tariff prohibits, without any action by the CAISO or any T&D Provider, any electric generating facilities from delivery of energy in excess of its Schedule. The amount of energy that could have been delivered but which was not delivered will be determined in accordance with the definition of Curtailment Lost Output.
Curtailed Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7. "Day" means a calendar day.

Related to Curtailed Product

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.
