This First Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as modified hereby) and the other Loan Documents constitute the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and verbal, among the parties or any of them with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Except as described on Schedule 9.1.20, on the First Amendment Effective Date no Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary is party to or bound by any collective bargaining agreement, management agreement, consulting agreement or Multiemployer Plan.
As of the First Amendment Effective Date, the chief executive offices and other places of business of the Loan Parties are shown on Schedule 8.6.1.
