T&D Provider definition
T&D Provider means any entity or entities (other than Seller, Customers, or their respective Affiliates) responsible for the interconnection of the Project with the distribution or transmission system.
T&D Provider means each entity transmitting/distributing energy to a Facility, including, without limitation, any applicable ISO.

Any reference to any Applicable Laws, tariff, government department or agency, regional reliability council, T&D Provider, accounting standard, or Ratings Agency includes any successor to such law, tariff, standard or organization.
